We are all sinners, and sin separates us from God.

God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins.
John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
If we repent of our sins, and ask Jesus Christ to forgive us and be our Savior, we are born again and can have fellowship with God.
Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

Please understand that the Christian life is marked by change. If you have received Jesus as your Savior, you can no longer live the life you've always lived. The Christian life requires repentance and a turning from sin. Salvation is not a one-time act of repentance. It becomes a daily part of your life as you live for Christ. At the point of salvation, God imparts "new life" to you and you are to live your life according to the Word of God. When you receive Christ as Savior, you are changed and what follows is a lifetime of change as you grow in your faith!
